Is it really a solution.?

If your site was structured properly with a clear cut vision you would not need to have "TOTAL CARE" Packages... This is the only way to bleed the dealers of more money to provide yet another "Patch solution" for your inability to roll out a GOOD product!. So let me get this right... all the add on's that are reoccurring fees just to sell my product effectively is the best you guys can do?? Why not just provide customer service and 100%  performance for everyone instead of leaving most in the dark because they are not paying for the services that should just be mandated. besides why are you in the business of power sports if the best interest is not going to the dealers. That is  the problem you should not have remedy programs to sell after the dealers see lack of performance from their website... Its sad that after we can all agree that the E commerce or lead management placement fail that you roll out yet ANOTHER feature we pay for to fix your problem? ;..WOW is all I can say to this.. Many dealers fall victims cause of their lack of caring or knowledge of how it all works. You guys need to release the keys and just give good service and that in the long run will win a better life long relationship and value to your customers and dealers alike. Face it when Start up company's like dealer spike that are just doing these things for the dealers cause that is the new standard... The days of Add ons are becoming transparent and the days of it not being spoke about are over.! If I am a power sports whistle blower then guess what my loud speaker is on loud and clear.. I will not stop in my post and reviews to everyone see's what I see. You guys know who you are and in time I will be bold enough to just start name dropping the key people and exploiting this half A$$ service you guys are selling.... Tisk Tisk
